Tell us what the site needs to do, whether you already have a domain, and what you want help managing. Availability, responsibilities, costs, and timelines need to be agreed for your project; the website examples are not a hosting contract.
Report a problem with an existing site
- The full URL and which page is affected.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The error message, approximate time, and your browser or device.
- Whether the issue also happens on another network or device.
Do not include domain registrar passwords, API keys, private deployment tokens, or customer records. If a screenshot contains sensitive information, remove it before sending.
Before changing a domain
Check the current hosting setup and confirm who manages DNS. Changing records can affect the website and email. Ask for the exact records for your project rather than copying a record from an unrelated site.
