The Mavion Corporation (“TMC,” “Mavion,” “we,” “us”) builds media and broadcast infrastructure with privacy as a default, not an afterthought. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Privacy by design. We operate on zero-retention principles wherever possible: we don’t track you across the web, we don’t build advertising profiles, and we never sell your personal data.

1. Scope

This policy covers tmc.gg and the services operated by The Mavion Corporation, including Mavion (our media network), TMCast radio hosting, ASCAP licensing assistance, and related sites and tools (collectively, the “Services”). Some Services may have additional notices, which apply alongside this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect as little as we can to run the Services:

Account information — such as your name, email address and station details when you sign up for TMCast hosting or contact us.
Billing information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Operational logs — limited technical data (e.g. IP address, request times) needed to keep stations online, prevent abuse, and secure the network. These are kept briefly and purged on a short cycle.
Communications — messages you send us by email or our forms.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not buy personal data about you from data brokers.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain and improve the Services;
To process payments and manage your subscription;
To respond to support requests and communicate about your account;
To protect the security and integrity of our network and prevent abuse;
To comply with legal obligations.

We never use your information for cross-site advertising, and we never sell or rent it.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed for sign-in sessions and basic preferences. We do not set third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted. Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for the period required by law or to resolve disputes, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

6. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with:

Service providers (e.g. hosting, payment processing) who act on our instructions under contract;
Authorities, where we are legally required to do so or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our network.

7. Music licensing

TMCast hosting does not include music licensing. Where we help you obtain ASCAP (or equivalent) licensing, any information shared with a licensing body is limited to what that process requires. See our Terms of Service for details.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

The Mavion Corporation is based in California, United States. By using the Services you understand your information may be processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
