Scope
This Privacy Policy describes information handling on the Mavion Corporation corporate website at tmc.gg. It covers this informational Website, not the separate data practices of Mavion Planner, MavionGO, NBS Radio, or other products. Review the policy provided by the service you use.
Information processed when you visit
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, and diagnostic or security information to deliver and protect the Website. The Website provides an invoice payment form through MavionPay and can display an existing MavionSSO account avatar. It does not provide public account registration.
Information you choose to provide
If you email tagnz@tmc.gg, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you include. We use that information to answer your request, manage the correspondence, and address relevant legal or security issues. Please provide only what is needed for your request.
If you use MavionPay, your invoice reference, amount, and optional receipt email are sent to our payment endpoint and Stripe to create hosted checkout. Enter card details only on Stripe’s checkout page; this Website does not collect them. An invoice reference is not automatically verified against an invoice database. Use the reference and amount provided by Mavion. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies, storage, and tracking
The corporate Website does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and page assets are served from our Website. If you are signed in to MavionSSO, the header checks your existing signed session cookie through sso.tmc.gg to display your account photo and an account link. SSO manages the session cookie; it is not an advertising cookie.
Your language selection is stored as a first-party preference in local storage and a cookie named mavion_language for up to one year. The cookie is shared among tmc.gg subdomains and contains only en, es, or ko—not your identity or sign-in token. You can change the selection or clear the preference in your browser.
Gravatar is enabled by default for signed-in accounts. When enabled, an image request includes a SHA-256 hash of your normalized account email. Gravatar also receives ordinary request information, such as your IP address. You can turn this off in SSO account settings to use your account photo or a default avatar. We do not send your plain-text email in the Gravatar image URL. Other account-photo providers may receive image requests when their photo is used. Hosting infrastructure may process requests for delivery and security. The Website does not track browsing across other websites for advertising. It does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. Because this Website does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such advertising activity to opt out of through Global Privacy Control.
How information is used
Technical information is used for page delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security. Correspondence is used to respond to you and manage requests. Information may also be used as necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights. We do not use Website information to build advertising profiles.
Who may receive information
Hosting and communications providers may process information needed to supply their services. Information may be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this Website.
Retention and security
Technical data retention depends on the hosting provider and the configured services. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by the information involved; we do not promise a fixed period for every record. The Website uses HTTPS, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided in correspondence by emailing tagnz@tmc.gg. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Do not include sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.
California and other privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers our processing, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or limit certain uses. California residents may also have rights concerning sale or sharing and sensitive personal information where applicable. We do not deny Website access because you exercise a privacy right. You or an authorized agent may submit a request at tagnz@tmc.gg; we will assess it under applicable law.
Children
The Website provides corporate information and an invoice checkout entry point intended for people arranging payments with Mavion. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact tagnz@tmc.gg so we can assess and address it.
Other websites and international processing
Following links can take you to sites with separate privacy practices. Hosting and communications providers may process information outside your location, including in the United States. The privacy policy of the service you visit governs that service’s practices.
Updates and contact
We will post changes on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If information practices change materially, this policy will be updated to describe them. Privacy questions and requests should be sent to tagnz@tmc.gg. Mavion Corporation operates from California.
