About these terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Mavion Corporation corporate website at tmc.gg (the “Website”). “Mavion,” “we,” and “us” refer to Mavion Corporation. Please read these terms before using the Website. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
Website and separate services
The Website provides information about Mavion companies, products, and services. Public account registration is not available. Staff identity is managed separately through MavionSSO. MavionPay lets you start hosted Stripe checkout for an existing invoice; enter the reference and amount supplied by Mavion, and contact us if either is unclear. The form does not validate an invoice balance or replace your invoice or service agreement. Do not treat a checkout return page as proof of payment unless payment has been verified. Mavion Planner, MavionGO, Mavion Designs, NBS Radio, and other services may have separate terms. These Website terms do not replace a service agreement or other agreement you have with us.
Permitted use
You may browse the Website and share links for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, evade security controls, or use the Website to infringe another person’s rights. Automated access must not disrupt the Website or bypass access restrictions.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, logos, designs, and software belong to Mavion or their respective owners. Except as permitted by law or with the owner’s permission, do not reproduce, sell, or distribute protected content. Viewing the Website does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Information and availability
We work to keep information useful and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Product descriptions do not create a promise that a service is available or that it will include a particular feature. The Website and linked sites may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable, including during the rebuild.

Linked products and third-party websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or practices on websites that we do not operate. A link does not automatically mean that we endorse the linked website.
