Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of tmc.gg and the corporate content published by The Mavion Corporation ("Mavion," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Individual services — such as TMCast hosting — may carry their own additional terms, which apply alongside these.

Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you give us is accurate.

Use of the site

You may browse and use this site for lawful, personal, and business-research purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; scraping at a scale that degrades service; introducing malware; or using it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Intellectual property

The Mavion name and logo, the names of our companies, and the text, design and graphics on this site are owned by The Mavion Corporation or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the site for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit our content commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Content & conduct

If you send us content — for example a message, a job application, or feedback — you're responsible for it, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use it as needed to respond to you or operate our services. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion where it violates these terms or the law.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services such as Discord, YouTube and our partner platforms. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Careers listings

Open roles shown on our Careers page are provided for information and may change or close at any time. Applying for a role does not create an employment relationship until an offer is made and accepted in writing.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we work to keep it accurate and online, we don't warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. Information here is general and not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mavion Corporation and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mavion Corporation from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including if we believe these terms have been violated. The sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at tagnz@tmc.gg so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to that venue.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with any service-specific terms and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
